Images not showing correctly on IE 11 when images are resized

Summary

When a .png image is resized in Confluence, a small black x box where the image should be is shown. If you click on that box, the image will actually then display. This issue occurs when an image that has been resized on a page. If you go back and put the image to Original that it will display, but if the size is changed (to any size), then the black x shows on the page once saved.

Environment

Cloud - JIRA v1000.847.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a .png image to a page
2. Edit and resize it (the x box takes place)
3. Put it back to original size (the image is displayed correctly)

Expected Results

The image gets resized and displayed correctly

Actual Results

A x box is shown instead of the image
