Synchrony will fail to start up if the user overrides the context path of Synchrony with a string not starting with a forward slash

      Description

      The context path of Synchrony can be overridden by the system property synchrony.context.path (since 6.0.4) or reza.context.path (on 6.0.3 and below). Synchrony will fail to start up if that value of this system property is, for example, "sync". The correct value is "/sync".
