Support both "synchrony." and the "reza." system properties for overriding the Synchrony configuration

Currently, the JVM parameters used to configure Synchrony begin with 'synchrony.*' for Data Centre, yet these same parameters are currently 'reza.*' for Server (though not all of them have been implemented in Server). This can be a little confusing for customers.
