Summary

      Table of Contents Macro shows only part of the expected table of contents. It's affecting some instances. Some experienced the problem using Chrome, some are using Firefox. It happens with a TOC macro before a gliffy diagram.

      Environment

      Confluence Cloud: 1000.583.1

      Expected Results

      • Table of Contents should display the data correctly.

      Actual Results

      • Table of Contents Macro shows only part of the expected table of contents.
      • Browser Console Error

      jQuery is not defined
      ReferenceError: __f673a5150978887490995d88aeec0c8d is not defined

            There is another bug which has been opened that seems to be the root cause for us. It may be the same for your instance.

            We are seeing the exact same issue as explained here in the following Confluence Cloud version (v1000.998.1). Is it possible for You to reopen this issue? Additional info: My users are primarily using Chrome Browser.

            We are still seeing this issue on the Cloud version of Confluence (v1000.975.0)... could this bug be re-opened? It appears to be most noticeable in Chrome Browser.

            Issue has not been resolved in on-demand build 1000.958.0. Seeing correct view via preview in edit mode, but not in the normal page read mode. Have provided screenshots in my support case.

            The fix for this issue was shipped with the release 1000.722.3 .

            Yes, this does seem to be working now.  I've tried:

            • editing and saving
            • edit preview and save
            • adding in new headers and saving
            • adding in horizontal lines and saving
            • removing headers and saving

            All worked with no issues
