When used from the attachments macro, the file conversion service does not persist the converted file to disk

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a fresh page and add an attachment macro to the page
2. Upload a large Excel Spreadsheet (2MB+) to the page
   • Note: The attachment must not be inserted in the page (or have ever been inserted on this page)
3. Expand the attachments macro and click Preview
   • Note that "View" invokes the old office connector, and will fail on large files

Expected Results

1. You see a preview of the file

Actual Results

1. You see that the file cannot be previewed
2. Clicking the preview button again should show a preview
3. This works until the page is refreshed - after a refresh, the first view of the file will fail

Workaround

1. Insert the file into the page
