Attachments Macro shows "File description" field when using IE 11

      The attachments macro has a field for "File description" in IE 11. This field is not visible in Edge, Firefox, Chrome or Safari. This is confusing to users who expect this functionality to be universally available.

      The "File description" field is the same as "Comments", which can be added after uploading via 'Attachment Properties'.
