Attachments not loading in Confluence

We are currently experiencing high latency and error rates from our media services api. Customers may notice attachments taking a long time and/or failing to load. We are working to resolve the issue.

Note: This bug might affect the instance to be not accessible and it affects both Confluence and JIRA instances.
