Intermittently unable to place cursor in page edit mode

Summary

In some pages in Confluence, the user will intermittently not be able to place a cursor in page edit mode.

Environment

1000.288.1 Confluence Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. On the problematic page, click edit to go into editing mode.
2. Attempt to place your cursor on the page.

Expected Results

The cursor should be able to be placed and the user can continue editing.

Actual Results

The cursor is not possible to be placed anywhere on the page.

Notes

Most of the pages seem to have a hyphen in the title, but there are a few that do not have one.
It may be related to collaborative editing, all examples so far have it.

Workaround

Edit the page, save without changes.
Go back to the page, and attempt to edit. If it still does not work, you may need to back out and try again.
