Inline comment snippet in quick reload notifications is empty for comments containing only macros

Steps to reproduce (via HipChat emoticons):

1. Have a page with some content on an instance with HipChat integration enabled.
2. Open the page in two windows under separate user accounts.
3. With one account, add an inline comment with content (hipchat).
4. Observe in the other window a quick reload notification for the inline comment with an empty snippet.

This can also be reproduced by inserting images into an inline comment.
