PDF preview is not loading when opening the file from the search bar

Summary

When clicking on a PDF file from the search bar, the PDF preview is launched but it keeps on loading forever and never actually displays the PDF file.

Environment

• Seen on Confluence 1000.163.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Attach a PDF file to a page
2. Insert it on a page using the Insert files and images option.
3. Search for your PDF file in the search bar and click on your PDF file when displayed in the results (see screenshot).
   

Expected Results

PDF file is previewed correctly.

Actual Results

PDF file preview is loading but never displayed as an infinite spinning wheel is displayed instead.

Notes

No errors are displayed in Confluence logs.

Workaround

There is currently no known workarounds. However, previewing works normally when previewing the file from within the page where it is attached.
