Setting blog post date doesn't work if Collaborative Editing is enabled

Step to reproduce:

• Enable collaborative editing
• Create a new blog post, set blog post date to a historical date, e.g 31/12/2015
• Save the blog post

Expected: the blog post date is set as 31/12/2015

Actual: the blog post is set as the current date
