select entire table is missing visual indication

Using Chrome with latest Confluence ondemand there is no visual change when selecting an entire table, or text/markup that include a table if the table is empy. For instance if I want to move a table into a panel macro. This is very confusing for the user as you feel like you are unable to select the table.

Btw. I've always missed a select table' function/button, especially useful for large tables. Why is it that there is a selector for macros but not for tables?
