A URL link in pages, which has full-width Symbol or Punctuation characters, does not move to the linked site

Summary

A URL in pages, which has full-width Symbol or Punctuation characters, does not move to the linked site.
For example. http://localhost/test/test（テスト）1.html

This URL has full-width parentheses "（" and "）". this link is clickable.
But when a user clicks it, it does not move to the linked site.

Environment

• Confluence 5.6.x, 5.9.10
• Browser: Chrome, Safari

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit a page.
2. Add a link having full-width Symbol or Punctuation characters.
ex. http://localhost/test/test（テスト）1.html
3. Save
4. Click the added link.

Expected Results

A URL having some full-width Symbol or Punctuation characters can move to the linked site.

Actual Results

A URL having some full-width Symbol or Punctuation characters cannot move to the linked site.
