      I would like to have the option to directly download the support zip that I'm generating in the support-tools gadget.

      In our company the application administrator for confluence and jira are different people in different teams from the application host group, that means they don't have direct access to the file system where the support zip files are located. Sometimes it takes quite a while to get someone from the hosting group to send the zip file.

      This suggestion also applies to Jira
