Deleting Attachment Version unindexes all Comments

• Upload an Image Attachment multiple times so it has more than one version
• Embed the image to a page and add a comment to the image (using the file viewer UI)
• Go to the attachments page and delete any single historical version of this attachment

This has two impacts:

• It will incorrectly unindex all comments (and attachments although this is rarely seen) from all versions of the content in the edge index. This has the impact that attachment comments will fall off the popular stream tab of the dashboard (even for versions that still exist).
• Its extremely slow and gets slower and slower depending how many attachment versions you have.

The fix:

• Only unindex the child information of the attachment version being deleted
