Unable to Reorder Pages

I am using Confluence 5.6.3 on IE11 and Google Chrome. When trying to reorder pages in Confluence from an imported Word document, some pages can't be reordered. They appear to move successfully, but if I leave the Reorder pages page, the pages revert back to the original, alphabetized order.

When importing a Word document, the pages are alphabetized instead of maintaining the order they followed in the document. I am trying to move my user documentation to Confluence but can't if the pages won't follow a logical order. Thank you.
