Task panel in recommended updates email shows duplicated context path in URLs

In the Recommended Updates email, if there are tasks for the user receiving the email, the links to the pages where the tasks appear are constructed with duplicated context paths.

Steps to Reproduce

As an admin:

1. Install a fresh Confluence 5.8.10
2. Set up a mail server
3. Create a user
4. Create a space with a child page
5. Change the Recommended Updates email to send daily
6. Log out and log in as the user from Step 3
7. Navigate to the child page and leave a comment, then watch and like the page
8. Add a task list to the page (via the Insert menu) with two tasks for that user, for current day and nexy day. Mention yourself on each task.
9. Save the page
10. When the email arrives, check the links under Tasks appear on in the task panel.

Expected result

The URLs are constructed properly to point to the page where the task list resides

Actual result

The URLs contain duplicated context paths (see recommended-updates-task-panel.png)
