"Page Title" (field) prompt missing when creating a page in Internet Explorer

      Summary

      Previous Confluence versions below 5.7 has a clear separate field of Page Title and Page Body.

      In 5.7 and above, while using Internet Explorer 11, the top line of the body (Page title area) does not have indicative grey text.

      Environment

      • Internet Explorer 11

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have Confluence 5.8.x
      2. Create a new page using IE browser

      Expected Results

      There is an indicative that the first line is page title area. See the screenshot below of correct behavior in Chrome and Firefox browsers:

      Actual Results

      There is no indicative grey text that the first line is a "Page Title" field:

      Notes

      It appear only after you click down to a line below the Page Title field:
