Confluence doesn't like some valid hyperlinks

    Description

      I attempted to link to the following page: https://confperftest.dyn.syd.atlassian.com:9999/notebooks/Daz's%20jQuery%20SOKE%20test%20check.ipynb

      When creating a link, Confluence doesn't like something about that URL. I'm not sure what. Perhaps the apostrophe? It ends up creating an <a rel="nofollow> tag, with no href attribute.
