Cannot create a blank space

I've just installed the trial edition of Confluence and when I get to the last page of the Create Space wizard (I am trying to create a blank workspace) the Create button itself seems to do nothing. Using the Chrome dev tools I noticed that there are some JS errors when I hit that button, which I've attached as an image.
