      Steps to reproduce: On the latest version of Chrome

      1 Open an inline comment
      2 Close it
      3a Highlight text to create new inline comment

      • Expected: the sidebar is opened and the cursor is in the inline comment editor
      • Actual result: the sidebar appears then quickly disappears

      3b Open another inline comment then click on reply

      • Expected: the editor appears and the cursor is inside the editor
      • Actual result: the sidebar disappears
