      Fix

We are currently deploying a fixed version of Confluence Previews to all instances. Once the fix is out the inline preview should start working normally once more.

[CONFCLOUD-53756] Attached Files cannot be previewed in Confluence

I still have issues with this. Attachments can not be previewed.

Thanks, everyone, for your patience with this issue. The fix has been rolled out successfully and previews of images, PDFs and other documents should now be working again. If you have any further problems, please contact Atlassian support.

            Hello,

We have created a Fixed version of the Confluence Previews system add-on and are currently working on deploying this globally. This ticket will be updated once the deployment has been completed.

In the meantime, you can also access the Attachments by clicking on the Paperclip icon at the top of a Confluence page to access the attachment list directly.

            Cheers,
            Ivan.

This is affecting us as well for inline images. We need this functionality restored asap, it's blocking our ability to work. Thanks!

cemerson that most definitely does sound like the same issue. A fix is currently in the process of being deployed. I'll update this issue when the deployment is complete. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I have a screenshot on a Confluence page but when I click it to pop it up and view it I just get the loading/spinning icon ... nothing ever loads. Not sure if this is the same issue but I'll watch here in case it is.
