    • We collect Confluence feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

It would be interesting to have the ability to hide the fields Last Updated and Created by for the Confluence pages because there are situations like where the user who created it is no longer an employee or for some other reason.

So having the ability to either hide this field or change them would be necessary

[CONFSERVER-37711] Add Ability to Hide the "Last Updated and Created by" text on Confluence pages.

This is a critical issue where technology companies have turnover and do not want to see names of employees from years past.  It may seem like a simple and minor issue, but it's not.  Please turn this ability back on so we can manage our own content.  Thanks!

This is actually possible and I use it. But cloud pages does not have an orthogonal structure.

Style settings defined in Space tools > Look and Feel > Sidebar, header, and footer does not affect Blog Pages, Search Results, Page History, Attachments and more. * This is a real problem because there is no way to define styles for those pages.

This is a simple issue and it is really hard to understand why Atlassian does not address.

It is a needed feature as the whole public base need not see the creator/author of the page/space.

Absolutely necessary for publishing space for public!

Very useful for having certain spaces externally visible and not wanting the public to see this level of detail per page (unless they are a logged-in authorised user).
