INDEX_DISABLED attribute not updated for Page Blueprint plugin modules

When we create a plugin containing a page blueprint and we add the property disable-index-page="true" at a later stage, this property change is not updated in the database.
The table AO_54C900_CONTENT_BLUEPRINT_AO must be updated when installing the new version of the plugin to set the correct value of the INDEX_DISABLED column.

The only way to work around this issue it to either change the plugin module key or update the mentioned table manually.
