Description
After selecting a text with a parenthesis symbol that is unclosed, the Inline Comment tool appears but nothing happens when clicking it.
Problem 1) When selecting: a) This and clicking on the tool, nothing happens and the Browser Console logs:

The expression changes depending on what you select.
Problem 2) When selecting opening (parenthesis only
The whole page freezes and so does the Browser. The tab becomes locked.
When selecting text like (closed parenthesis) the functionality works as expected.
Environment:
Only known to affect Cloud Instances at the moment.
