System Information Page needs to reflect Java 8 parameters

In the current System Information page in Confluence, the Properties for PermGen memory in use are shown. While this works fine with Java 1.7, Java 1.8 has deprecated the use of PermGen as a parameter, instead utilising MaxMetaSpaces which are supposedly dynamically allocated. Given this fact, our System Information Page will be out of date for Java 1.8 and should be updated to actually pull meaningful data and not show its age by attempting to call PermGen when that is no longer in use with Java 1.8.

Currently, clients running Java 1.8 still see that parameter, but it always shows as 100% free, because it does not exist.
