    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Problem Definition

      Confluence Cloud and Server documentation spaces don't seem to be using the same naming conventions. For example, details of deleting attachments in Server are described under Deleting an Attachment, while the same topic for Cloud is covered under Managing Files.

      This is a problem because:

      • it makes the Cloud documentation less searchable - the application itself uses the term "attachments" and that's what users are likely to search for;
      • it's confusing for users who switch between Cloud and Server and try to find out about the similar functionalities.

      Suggested Solution

      Unify the naming conventions between the application and all documentation spaces.
