No error message shown when user sign up with not allowed domain

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Enable Allow public sign up for confluence
      2. Create a retriction for sign up domain
      3. logout from confluence
      4. sign up confluence with a not allowed domain

      Expected result

      The user will not be registered, and error message will be displayed

      Actual Result
      User is not created, and none error message shown
