Space admin out of control of pages in her space

Vicious circle problem:
A space admin cannot access or even recognize a page which is viewing restricted against her. There is no way of accessing the page or breaking the permissions. Even the button for requesting access responds: "Your request for access has not been sent. Contact your space admin" .

User expectation:

• Space admins can access all pages in a space
• If not: Space admins can identify all pages in a space.
• And: Space admins can request page access for restricted pages
