Fail to change my password.

      I use confluence for my job.
      Today, suddenly can't log-in this so I tried to change password using e-mail.
      But even though using 'Chang password page'(http://krconfluence.ea.com:8090/resetuserpassword.action?username=jonpark&token=949f6e165a4af52362f385f0e0b72e95c4274702)
      i could not to change reciving message *+'An internal error occurred when trying to change the password.'

      so.. What should I do now?
