      1. http://wiki.optum.com/dosearchsite.action?queryString=*cac&startIndex=0&type=spacedesc&where=conf_all
      2. DEFECT -> Search for "?cac" or "*cac" - nothing shows up. should also provide "CAC" entries
      3. Search for "ecac", one hit appears
      4. Search for "cac" - multiple hits appear
