Cannot Scroll when Editing Confluence Pages in Chrome

      Cannot scroll inside of a Confluence page while editing it in Chrome browser. The only way to move down a page while editing in Chrome is to use the arrow keys and move the typing cursor – but that is a clunky, make-shift temporary solution.
