Provide a button for toggling between image height and width in the image properties toolbar

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      In Confluence 5.7, we changed the small / medium / large thumbnail buttons to use height instead of width.

      It would be nice if we could provide a toggle next to those buttons for folks who would like to continue to use the buttons to use width instead of height. The icon could change based on it's state, along with an assistive tooltip to state what the current behaviour is, and that you can click to change it.
