Could you please do the following:
1. Open a URL http://ec2-52-74-79-233.ap-southeast-1.compute.amazonaws.com/setup/setuplicense.action
2. Click the link "generate an evaluation license online"
3. Enter you Atlassian's credentials
4. Select in the dropdown "Confluence (server)"

Can you see a form "New evaluation license"?
Can you see a field "Server ID"? Is it blank? Is it intended to be blank?

Please do not point that something wrong with installation but test your products better.
