RoadMap Planner Macro: Link to Jira issues

      Our team loves the new RoadMap Planner macro - and linking to Confluence pages is great.

      We also have a big need to link to JIRA issues too, such as Epics. Sometimes we have work efforts that are planned in Confluence first, and at others, we go straight to JIRA. So having flexibility to link either is important.
