Recently Updated Dashboard macro returns inconsistent results

When I add the Recently Updated Dashboard macro to a page, and add a user, there are fewer results in the 'All Updates' tab the first time I view it compared with every subsequent time. For example, I go to the page and see the All Updates tab, which has 8 results; then I click the Network tab and return to the All Updates tab and there are 11 results returned.

This happens every time I visit the page. Seems like the extra results all contain the user that I added to the macro.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add the Recently Updated Dashboard macro to a page, and add a user
2. Save the page and navigate away from it
3. Navigate back to the page and view the All Updates tab (record the number of results)
4. Click the Network tab
5. Click the All Updates tab

The number of results will be different if my experience is replicated.
