Ability to restrict Space permissions to only allow groups

With a growing amount of users on a system, it's good practice to ensure the user/group/space perms structure is efficiently managed.

To help with this, it'd be useful to only allow space admins to grant groups permissions, instead of individual users. If an user wants access to a space, they should be added to the appropriate group(s) that have proper perms granted.
