Can not preview file error when attempting to preview PSD file from Insert Dialog

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit the page
2. Upload a PSD file using the "Insert Files and Images" feature
3. Click the expand icon

Expected Behaviour

Confluence should be able to preview the file out of the "Insert Files and Images" window as it is one of the supported image file format.

Confluence unable to provide the preview of the uploaded PSD image and provide this message instead:
