Clicking download icon in Gallery Macro and Attachment Image Preview Macro zooms in on the image rather than downloading for IE and Firefox

Steps to Reproduce:

IE and Mozilla Firefox

1. Create a Page.
2. Attach images to the page.
3. Add Gallery Macro.
4. Click on the image, click download icon
5. Image zooms in, instead of downloading the image
6. Same thing happens when inserting images to the page, image zooms in when clicking the download image

Chrome

1. Create a Page.
2. Attach images to the page.
3. Add Gallery Macro.
4. Click on the image, click download icon
5. It downloads the image

Actual Result:

Clicking download icon in Gallery Macro zooms in on the image rather than downloading for IE and Firefox

Expected Result:

Clicking download icon in Gallery Macro should download the image regardless of the browser used.
