      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently, when previewing a file, you see open comments by default. You can also click to toggle the view to resolved comments (if there are any).

      Request is to have a single, unified view of ALL comments on the file.
