I wanted to remake the attached files, but can not delete the old video.
"The JIRA server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation.
Close this dialog and press refresh in your browser"

If you can, delete the attached file 'BugConfirmed.mp4'. Thx!

We use Refined Wiki plugin. After disable this plugin, bug is reproduced. Only on IE10/11.
Tested on IE9, Latest Chrome, Latest Firefox, Latest Opera, OS X 10.9, OS X 10.10

Thanks for getting in touch and raising this issue. From the look of your instance in the video it seems you have some 3rd party plugins installed to alter the look and feel. Are you able to replicate this issue with these customisation disabled?

Could you let me know which 3rd party plugins you have installed?
