Create a Confluence best practices page

We need to create a 'best practices' page exploring how people set up Confluence within their companies - exploring what are the best ways to setup spaces, pages, permissions etc. This page should also encourage and allow discussion - there may be links into the Forums as well.

Jeff Whitehead (jw@shutterfly.com) would potentially be interested in sharing some ideas to help get the discussions started.

Charles firmly believes we need to start this with a straw model that users can then critique and use to start the thread of communications and ideas around this.
