Upload Image Button not working after an upgrade to 5.6.4

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Upgrade to Confluence 5.6.4 using installer(.exe) (tested from 5.5.3 standalone, fresh install)
      2. Edit a page
      3. Click Insert > Image
      4. Click the "Upload Images" button

      What is expected:
      The image selector dialog pops up

      What actually happens:
      Nothing happens, and no error in the logs either

      Additional info
      Drag and drop function does not work

      Workaround:
      Use the attachment macro instead for example: Upload the image as an attachment first.
