Add comment to file (version) on file list page

      We would like to be able to add a comment to a file that is uploaded to a file list page. Right now we have a lot of files on a single page and add all comments at the bottom of the page. This is becoming a long list and it is not easy to see all comments related to a specific file.

      Our suggestion is to add comments at file level or even for a specific version of the file.
