      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Since Confluence 5.2, the user granted the create comment permission grant automatically the permission to delete its own comment. We should add a permission setting to be able to control that as this is still required in some context.
