Confluence code macro is not compatible with Bob Swift cache macro and future macro

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      The code macro does not work when it is embedded within a {cache} macro or a {future} macro.

      I have diagnosed the problem in co-operation with Bob Swift and the issue appears to be on the Confluence side, due to a bug in the way that the code macro loads its required JavaScript resources.
