Content migration is limited to 10 pages by 10 pages

    Description

      After an index purge, and when I do a content migration through the "/admin/unmigratedcontent.action" page confluence shows "Confluence has detected that there are 10 pages with macros that are not yet using the current storage format".
      After re-indexing, confluence shows 7000 pages not migrated (which corresponds to reality).
      But when I run the "Update Content" it migrates as 10 pages. Then 10 each time I re-clic on "Update Content" button.
