Update the Bundle jtds sql driver on Confluence Installation files

    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      This feature was raised so we can test the latest jtds driver (1.3.1) compatibility with Confluence.

      We currently bundle the jtds driver 1.2.2 and it would be good to take advantage on the features of the latest version of the jdts driver (like the possibility of logging into the sql server database using windows authentication).
