We currently have an issue with Confluence Starter license displaying an evaluation msg on the footer:

'EVALUATION LICENSE Are you enjoying Confluence? Please consider purchasing it today.'

This is only a cosmetic issue and occurs if a customer has a 'Starter' license and does not affect any Confluence functionality but it can confuse customers.
