Upgrade bug on Sybase: Column not NULL by default

      The Page Properties upgrade task is not working for Sybase. A new column is created but explicitly set to null. For Sybase that means that the value in this column can not be null and therefore causes problems. NULL has to be set explicitly when creating the table.
